Edmonds Master Bath Reconfiguration & Expansion

Completed on October 2, 2024 for $75,000, this master bath upgrade opens the room, improves flow, and showcases a spa-like walk-in shower with custom glass and curated finishes.

The Challenge

Ken and Emily’s master bath felt tight and dated. The tub ate up floor space, storage was limited, and traffic flow was awkward. They wanted a larger, brighter room with a walk-in shower and a complete plumbing reconfiguration—plus the freedom for Emily to bring her design vision to life.

Our Plan

• Reconfigure Layout for Space: Move the vanity to the former tub location (east wall), shift the toilet back 2 feet, and place a new walk-in shower where the old fixtures were.
• Code-First Coordination: Carefully plan all plumbing moves to meet code and keep the project running smoothly.
• Expressive Design: Give Emily a clean canvas and material options that highlight her artistic style.

We completed the remodel in 10 weeks. With tight coordination between trades and inspections, the project progressed smoothly from demolition to final punch list.

The Result

The new layout opens the room, improves movement, and adds smart storage. The walk-in shower, custom glass, and curated finishes create a spa-like feel—exactly what the homeowners wanted. Emily’s design vision shines through in every detail.

Personally, this is our best work yet—hands down. The clients were thrilled. Emily was so inspired by the process that she enrolled in design school after completing her own bathroom with us.
