Full-Scale Kitchen Project in Bothell, WA

The homeowners bought their Bothell property with a kitchen that had reached the end of its life, tired and inefficient with a fair amount of wasted space. Referred by their electrician and inspired by design posts they'd been saving, they wanted a space built around how they actually live and entertain. We gutted the kitchen completely and followed designer specs on every material choice, from the Taj Mahal quartzite to the Bellmont custom cabinetry to the new flooring throughout the space. The old pantry got folded directly into the cabinetry, and the hallway to the garage was hidden behind custom hinged doors that read as cabinetry until opened.

The scope also covered new electrical and drywall, panel ready Miele appliances, a Fisher & Paykel range, a custom hood cover and vent, new pendant lighting, refinished stair treads, and a new sliding glass door, all completed in eight weeks with no major surprises. The result is a genuinely one of a kind kitchen, and the homeowners left glowing reviews for both the flooring and the kitchen work. The finished space came in around $50,000 and delivers exactly the modern, tailored kitchen they set out to build.
