We verified the wall was non-load-bearing, removed it to open the kitchen to the family room, and followed a clear sequence: demo, rough MEP, lighting, cabinets, counters, tile, paint/trim, and appliances. We guided selections Bellmont slim-shaker cabinets, MSI Soapstone Metropolis counters, Ivy Hill tile, a Miele dishwasher, and a Café range and fridge.
Execution stayed tight with field checks for level, clearances, and tile lines, and we templated stone after cabinets were set. The one-month build finished on budget with the punch list closed. Stephan and Melissa said the kitchen now feels like the home’s “heart,” praising the task-lighting accuracy, the quiet Miele cleanup station, and the Café suite anchoring the cook wall.
