Kitchen & Bath Update in Seattle

Clients tasked us with a complete gut of their Seattle master bath—swapping a bulky tub for a walk-in shower, gaining floor space with a custom narrow vanity, and achieving a sleek, contemporary look—all within a $36,000 budget and one-month timeline (March 13–April 13, 2025).

We stripped down to the studs to remove tar-stained drywall, installed a slim pocket-door frame, then waterproofed with Hydro-Bloc and laid Mineral and Aloft tiles. Kohler fixtures, a Teodor vanity, flush-vent niche, and Rejuvenation sconces were precision-placed; every measurement was double-checked and materials preordered to avoid delays.

When the final grout was wiped clean, the result was a bright, open bathroom that feels custom-built. The clients praised our clear communication, attention to detail, and how flawlessly we brought their vision to life.
